Nishna tells Kadam that she thinks real Jia is with Kshom.

Kadam assures her that he will be following Kshom, which will help him to ensnare Jia. Nethra takes Devyani toAshram where Devyani is convinced that she has to do shani puja for her unborn child. Thus she cancels her trip and tells Nethra to go with Samar to Banglore.

Jia requests Kshom that she wants to meet her mother Anusiya and then go for her check up. Anusiya is perplexed to meet Jia.

She looks confused and in an undecided situation but Jia makes it very clear that she just came to see her with no motive. Then she and Kshom go to the medical doctor where it is revealed that Jia has only one Kidney asserting her identity to Kshom. Kadam barges in with his constablesto catch Jia.

Kshom tells Jia that it isno more her battle but it is theirs. Kshom making Jia escape by puttinghis revolver towards Kadams head.Kshom releases Kadam after he ensures that Jia has escaped.

Nishna convinces Gyan that Kshom's loyalty towards her has changed from the day he came to know that she has soft corner for Shekhar. She also immediately convinces that she wants to get married to Shekhar even in coma state. Kshom walks in Pandeys house to proofs the real Jias's identity. But Gyan is too blindfolded to believe him and tells Kshom to getout from the house.

Jia out of cynicism walks into the temple asking for justice. Quirk of fate takesplace with Shekhar regaining his consciousness baffling Nishna.Shekhar regains his consciousness. Gyan and Rukmani are in praise of lord giving all the credit to lord and Jia.

Nishna decides to run away while Jia is praying to god asking justice from lord, telling that she just needs an opportunity to proof her innocence.

Kshom takes an extreme decision that nobody will be able to debar him or her from telling the truth. Kshom and Jia barge in Pandey's house.

A cricket ball hurts a basti boy. Jia takes her to the hospital where she comes to know that she is in good health condition and her repots were false and that she will not die.

Jia comes to know that she is not dying. She goes directly to confronts the doctor who had given her the original medical report.

Nethra wins the respect of Samar where she gives up an ad Contract for the surrogate child.

Shekhar is very pleased that he is getting married to Jia. Jia is speeding in taxi towards Pandey house. When Shekhar reaches Jia's house he is appalled to find that Jia has refused to marry him and has come to know that she is not dying. Jia then reach the Pandeys residence and she is surprised to see her look alike- Nisna.
Jia is going to reveal herself but Shekhar comes there and pulls her out on nick of time.

He discloses that he had implanted a look alike lady- Nisna to resurrect the Pandey family, as they were heart broken. Only Kshom knows that girl is Nisna not Jia. Jia gets impulsively annoyed that how could Kshom forget her so quickly. Savitri is then seen seeing Samar and Nethra dancing so intimately makes her fume. She tells Devyani to control this intimacy. Unfortunately Nethra is able to hear the conversation where she emotionally blackmails Devayni.

Devyani assures Nethra that she will never doubt anything. Nisna and Kadam decides to terminate Shekhar.

Shekhar is tense realizing that Jia has known that there is another looks alike in Pandey's family. Shekhar tension enhances when he comes to know that Jia wants to meet Nisna. She is still not convinced that Kshom could forget her easily.
